2025 Session Pricing & Details
Maternity, Newborn, & Family
Sessions are scheduled in your home where your family feels most comfortable and relaxed and where we will capture your family engaged in everyday activities, like cooking, playing games, or reading together, which will allow opportunities for genuine and heartwarming photographs.
Most sessions last about an hour. Babies and young children determine how many breaks we needs for feedings, changing, and snacks, so sessions may go longer or shorter, depending on their needs.
Session Fee:
- $250
Session fees are due at the time of booking to reserve your photo session date and time. Your session fee also includes the photographer’s time and talent, as well as 40 edited digital images presented in an online gallery of your images for viewing and ordering, giving you a sense of how your family's story comes to life through photos. Session fees do not include digital files or physical products.
Photography Bundles
- Schedule TWO sessions in one year: $450
- Schedule THREE sessions in one year: $675
Bundle session to create custom packages like Maternity/Fresh 48/In-Home Newborn or Baby's First Year. Discount applied to final session fee in bundle.
Collections:
Collection options range between $600 and $1,000, depending on the number of digital images you need. All collection options include a print credit to use towards prints, wall art, albums, and other products offered in my store. All told, my clients invest between $800 -$1,600 in their images.

Reserve your session date and time by paying the nonrefundable $250 session fee and signing the session contract. Afterward, I'll send you helpful prep guides to make sure you're ready for a seamless, enjoyable session!
Step 3:
Have an amazing session! We’ll have fun, and I’ll guide you every step of the way. Sessions typically last about an hour, but could run up to 90 minutes based on your family’s needs. Step 4:
Watch your session slide show and fall in love with all of your beautiful images! Choose the collection that best suits your needs. Prices start at $600. Then, download your digital images and use your print credit to order stunning wall art!
FAQ
How much do I have to pay to reserve my session date and time?
A nonrefundable retainer of $250 is due at the time of booking. This fee reserves your session date and time. It covers my time preparing for and shooting your session, including any communication necessary to make your family session a success, such as emails, phone calls, or a video conference.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
After our session you'll receive a slideshow of your images. Once you click on that link, you'll have 24 hours to ooh and ahh over all the lovely moments we captured! Only after you view the images do you decide which package to purchase. Once that decision is made, you'll pay the remaining balance and gain access to your gallery where you'll have the ability download the number of digital images specific to your chosen package and to use your print credit.
What if I only want digital images?
In this age of smart phones and social media, digital images are a must! That is why every package includes a select number of fully edited high resolution images for you to share with family and friends.
What is the print credit?
Each package includes a complimentary print credit in the hopes that you will do more than just save digital images of your beautiful family on a hard drive somewhere. I believe that clients should have something tangible to hold on to and cherish for years to come.
Purchasing wall art, albums, or other heirloom products creates a feeling of love and nostalgia every time you enter the room and see the beautiful memories your family has created!
Print credits are nontransferable, cannot be used towards session costs, are not redeemable for cash, and expire 30 days after package purchase.
Why do print credits expire?
Print credits expire 30 days after package purchase to ensure that I can fill orders in a timely manner as well as for you to take advantage of my current price list. Labs often increase their price over the course of the year and I cannot guarantee print prices past the initial 30 days.
Do I have to use the print credit?
No, you are under no obligation to use the print credit. However, I really want you to celebrate this special moment in your life by investing in wall art and other family heirlooms. These items help you to showcase the love and connection that you have for one another. I also want you to smile every time you walk into the room and see your precious memories on display and I want you to gush with pride and love when others see your beautiful wall art and ask you about these moments!
Print credits are nontransferable and expire after 30 days.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Yes. The online gallery is linked to a professional lab, which produces heirloom quality prints and products that are guaranteed to last. My monitor is calibrated to match this lab's color profile, which means you will receive accurate images with every order. The same cannot be said with consumer labs like CVS, Shutterfly, Walmart, SmugMug, or Target.
What if I want to upgrade my package?
It's easy to fall in love with all of your images - in fact, I hope that you do! If you decide you want to upgrade after purchasing the Basic or Standard package, you may do so at any time - even weeks later! Upgrading your package will also upgrade your print credit!
How long does each session last?
The short answer is about an hour. The real answer is as long as it takes to get the images that we need. Babies and little children determine how many breaks we need for feedings, changing, and snacks. We want happy participants, so we'll go as slow or as fast as they need while ensuring that loving moments between family members are captured!
Do you provide session guides or styling guides?
Yes, I have guides that help you prepare for our session so that we can have the best possible session and capture the best possible images! After you complete the booking process, you'll receive a styling guide, which will help you select outfit colors and textures that photograph best; a session prep guide, which will help you know how to best prepare for our session; and a short questionnaire, which will help put us all at ease as we get to know each other better.
